Have your agent forward the contract to us once signed and we will diligently and enthusiastically act on your behalf and take your contract through all necessary steps to settlement. We will advise you as to what searches will be required to adequately protect your interests and will monitor the results of all searches and advise you accordingly. Search fees vary in cost, however we are able to advise that the average cost of conducting relevant searches for properties in the Brisbane City Council region is approximately $415.00. This figure may increase if time restrictions demand urgent searches be conducted. Stamp duty is payable on all contracts and the amount of duty levied depends on whether or not you intend to reside in the property and whether or not you have owned property in Australia previously.

Should you be selling a property, we will liase with your mortgagee,
arranging payout figures and release documentation. We will attend settlement on your behalf and ensure that your mortgagee receives the funds required to pay out your mortgage.
