Catherine
Catherine has practiced exclusively in Family Law since joining Berck Solicitors, and attends to most of our pro bono and Legal Aid work.
Prior to joining the firm in 2009, Catherine worked for many years with children and young people in the field of Educational Psychology.
After completing her Law degree she gained invaluable experience as the Associate to a Supreme Court Justice.
Catherine was admitted as a Legal Practitioner of the Supreme Court of Queensland and to the High Court of Australia in 2009. She holds the degrees of Juris Doctor and Master of Laws.
Her other qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Education and Master of Education majoring in children and adolescents. With these qualifications, Catherine has a unique insight into the complex issues that face separating families. She understands the impact that parenting disputes can have on children of the relationship.
